脆炸粉、面粉、鸡蛋液在盆中充分搅拌,

Mix the crispy batter, flour and beaten eggs in a bowl thoroughly

放入虾仁搅拌均匀

Add the shrimp into the paste and stir well

把均匀包裹面糊的虾仁下入七成油温的油锅进行煎炸

Deep-fry the shrimp, which are evenly coated with the paste,  in oil heated to a medium-high temperature.

煎至金黄后捞出

Remove the shrimp once they turn golden brown.

再将薄荷下入油锅煎炸酥脆后捞出

Fry the mint leaves in the oil until they are crispy, and then remove them.

新起一锅油,将鲜花椒枝、灯笼椒、辣椒油和浓缩橙汁加入翻炒

Start with a new wok of oil, add fresh numbing peppercorn branches, lantern chili peppers, chili oil, and concentrated orange juice, then stir-fry.

然后把虾球加入锅内继续翻炒

Then add the shrimp balls to the wok and continue stir-frying

出锅
