China's high-speed train has made a breakthrough in independent innovation. On December 29, the project of the CR450AF EMU prototype, led by China State Railway Group and manufactured by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd., was officially launched in Beijing. The CR450 EMU train is equipped with a cutting-edge technological system for 400km/speed which will enhance China's railway technological capabilities and strengthen its global leadership in high-speed rail technology.
