齐鲁网·闪电新闻1月9日讯 来自坦桑尼亚的Michael，目前正在山东大学攻读博士学位。

求学路上，他的导师、山东大学齐鲁医院护理部主任曹英娟，始终亦师亦友，悉心指引、倾力扶持。

医疗卫生领域合作是中国和非洲合作的重点。中国援坦桑尼亚医疗队由山东省对口支援，从1968年至2025年，已派出27批医疗队，帮助当地医院填补多项技术空白。Michael说，中国援外医务人员在坦桑尼亚不断书写着大爱与担当的动人故事，自己也希望把在山东所学到的技术带回坦桑尼亚，帮助更多非洲群众。

Michael和曹英娟这对“青春合伙人”，背后不仅是仁心仁术的温暖接力，更是推动构建中非卫生健康共同体的生动写照。

Michael, from Tanzania, is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Shandong University.

During his studies, his supervisor, Cao Yingjuan, Director of the Nursing Department at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, has been both a teacher and a friend, offering him dedicated guidance and strong support.

Health and medical cooperation is a key area of China-Africa cooperation. The Chinese medical team to Tanzania receives counterpart support from Shandong Province. From 1968 to 2025, 27 medical teams have been dispatched, helping local hospitals bridge multiple technological gaps. Michael said Chinese medical staff working overseas have continued to write inspiring stories of compassion and commitment in Tanzania. He also expressed his hope to take the skills he has gained in Shandong back to Tanzania to benefit more people across Africa.

Michael and Cao Yingjuan, united as youth partners, represent not only a relay of compassion and medical skills, but also a vivid example of efforts to build a China-Africa community of health.
