The 2026 Global Ocean Development Forum will be held in Qingdao West Coast New Area from September 16 to 18, 2026, under the theme "From Blue Ocean to the Future: Developing a Sustainable Ocean Economy and Building a Beautiful and Bountiful Ocean Together."
